Caldric Capital is a Mississippi limited-liability company that plans to provide fee-only financial-advisory and portfolio-management services once registered. Our public website (this "Site") is informational; no client portals or transactional features are hosted here.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or health data via the Site. If you believe you have submitted such data in error, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
Vercel Analytics is a first-party, cookieless service that measures page-level traffic without storing personal identifiers. It is always active and exempt from cookie consent.
You may review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you by e-mailing hello@caldric.com. Certain records, including those generated by our Portfolio Fit Assessment, may be retained as required by applicable securities regulations even after a deletion request. We will inform you if any such retention applies. Each newsletter contains an opt-out link. You can change your analytics cookie preferences at any time via the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer or the consent banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and you have not already made a choice, optional analytics stay off unless you explicitly opt in.
We use TLS 1.3, encrypted backups, and least-privilege access controls. Records are retained no longer than necessary, generally five years under SEC Rule 204-2 / Mississippi Rule 41.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (COPPA § 6502).
Our servers are in the United States. By using the Site, non-U.S. residents acknowledge that their data will be processed in the U.S., and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply where required.
