Caldric LLC is a Mississippi limited-liability company that provides fee-only financial-advisory and portfolio-management services. Our public website (this “Site”) is informational; no client portals or transactional features are hosted here.

We use TLS 1.3, encrypted backups, and least-privilege access controls. Records are retained no longer than necessary, generally five years under SEC Rule 204-2 / Mississippi Rule 41.
7 · Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (COPPA § 6502).
8 · International visitors
Our servers are in the United States. By using the Site, non-U.S. residents acknowledge that their data will be processed in the U.S., and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply where required.
